Spybot Search and Destroy -I swore by Ad-Aware until I tried Spybot! A buddy of mine ran Ad-Aware on a clients PC and removed hundreds of items, but then he ran Spybot and removed five more. I did the same experiment on one of my clients PC's and got similar results. I'm running both, just to be safe.
